Jin Shin Jyutsu is a deeply relaxing way to harmonize the life energy in the body. By applying light touch in specific sequences on the body, with an awareness of the breath, Jin Shin Jyutsu helps restore emotional equilibrium, relieve pain, and release the causes of both acute and chronic conditions; it brings balance to mind, body, and spirit.
In individual sessions, the client receives the work by the practitioner and (after the session) is instructed in simple self-help holds that reinforce and enhance that work.
